Adam has always been involved in both fitness and sports, and business from a young age. From football to gym work, to fitness classes and experiences, there has always been a keen passion. Adam and MagnaPass are now looking to apply business knowledge to help diversify fitness and wellness to make the world a more active place.

Ashley Boroda

Ashley is a qualified coach and specialises in business growth for entrepreneurial wealth management practices. Ashley is an iMA practitioner and incorporates iMA into all of his coaching and training.

Ashley spent 20 years working in media including television, radio, theatre and stand-up comedy; as a producer, a writer, a performer and an agent. In recent times Ashley has merged his desire to help people speak in public with flair and confidence with his area of expertise, stand-up comedy.

Claire Sanderson

Claire is the Editor of Women's Health; overseeing the editorial strategy and execution of the brand. She joined in January 2017 from The where she was Associate Features Editor. With over 17 years of editorial experience, Claire has held senior roles at high-profile media brands including Look, Grazia and First Magazine.

Claire has a proven track record of developing media brands and working across different platforms. During her time at Look she helped pioneer its Digital First strategy and significantly increased the total reach of its social media platforms.

Claire is an avid fitness fanatic and Orangetheory convert.

Danny Bent

Danny was voted one of the 100 happiest people in the UK, and one of the 50 most inspirational people in London. He is a dyslexic award-winning author and journalist, Guinness World Record holder, and celebrated adventurer and community builder.

Motivating people to be the best version of themselves is Danny’s passion and trade. Encouraging them to do more, give more and live more. Expect hostile situations, maggots, smiles and energy in equal measure! .

Jeannette is a scientist and nutritionist, presenter and corporate consultant for TV and media.

She was the Sky Living HD nutritionist for 'Slave to Food' with Claire Richards and the six-part series, 'Bigger Than...'. Jeannette is the author of The Drop Zone Diet, a contributor to Men's Health Magazine and a nutrition expert for Chris Evans on BBC Radio 2.

She is also the wellness & nutrition advisor for Living Ventures Restaurants?and a lecturer & trainer in Corporate Health for SWAT UK.

Jenny Osborne

Manchester City Council

Jenny Osborne is Strategic Lead for Health and Employment at the Greater Manchester Health and Social Care Partnership, and Manchester City Council. Part of the GM Devolution Team, she is a member of the Faculty of Public Health and has over twenty years' experience of working to improve health and wellbeing outcomes for populations in London and Greater Manchester.

She is passionate about the importance of good quality employment, secure housing and strong social connection for good health, and ensuring that everyone who lives or works in Greater Manchester can benefit from the opportunities in this great city region.

Julie Wacker

Julie is an Occupational Psychologist who is passionate about helping others have a Good Day at Work. She enables her customers to create organisations which allow people to be the best version of themselves. .

She supports individuals to build resilience levels, develops managers to ensure their approach creates a positive and enabling environment for their team and, at an organisational level, helps business leaders understand and influence the wider cultural factors that affect their employees’ health and wellbeing. Julie has recently worked with the BBC, Organix, Nestle, the NHS and Shelter. .


Hub for the Heart

Karuna is an internationally experienced meditation teacher, a corporate mindfulness consultant and a personal mentor for those who are interested in the process of transformation. For more than 25 years, Karuna has gained experience throughout the world in the studies and teaching of mindfulness, meditation, wellbeing and yoga. She has undergraduate and graduate degrees and has worked in the U.S. Senate, for a multi-million dollar capital campaign and for national public radio stations.

Karuna has completed extensive studies of Eastern Philosophy and spent time with the top scholars and teachers. Karuna currently is a 2017 Global Wellbeing Expert, specialising in mindfulness and meditation, for Aromatherapy Associates London.

Lucy Pope

Lucy is a Mental Health Social Worker who also has undertaken specialist training in the Mental Health Act. Lucy is experienced in working with adults who have complex mental health needs. She has worked on a community team coordinating care and support as well as an Approved Mental Health Professional in emergency situations. After 9 years in the NHS, Lucy has recently established Elpis Training & Consultancy with Clinical Psychologist, Dr Ros Hartwell to provide training and guidance for employers with colleagues experiencing mental health difficulties.

Liane Grimshaw


Liane has been in the digital marketing industry for over 20 years and has worked both client and agency side. She set up inbound marketing agency SupaReal in 2014, which helps clients grow using content to attract and convert leads. Health and wellbeing in the workplace is a crucial issue for Liane, having experienced its negative impacts herself and on those she has worked with in previous roles.

Mylo Kaye


Mylo is CEO at award-winning app development agency, Dreamr. Having spent the past decade in digital, he has found a passion for technology that changes the lives of people and businesses.

He currently is an ambassador for homeless outreach charity, Change4Good and mentor for Natwest's Entrepreneurial Spark programme.

Mylo is passionate about social issues and works with multiple charities to improve the homeless challenges affecting Greater Manchester.

Naomi Timperley

Naomi is an Honorary Industry Fellow at Salford Business School, co-founder of Tech North Advocates which champions tech in the north of England and Chair of Capital Pilot. Naomi was part of the Maserati 100 in 2015 - a definite list of entrepreneurs who support the entrepreneurs of tomorrow from the Centre of Entrepreneurs. Naomi is also a mentor, TEDx speaker and consultant.

Nicola Marsh


Nicola has worked in media across both agency and sales for the last 20 years. Nicola is an established leader in the digital and media industry, with experience including Head of I-lab for MediaCom, Client Services Director for Lake Starr MacCann and Head of Affiliates for Carat. Nicola's current role is deputy managing director of MediaCom Manchester, the largest UK media agency outside London.

Nicola is passionate about people development, and established her own business Marsh Coaching, to share her skills and expertise for developing people. Nicola has also established a senior women's group at MediaCom to raise the profile of gender equality within the organisation.

Sam Jones

Sam is the MD of social media and video marketing agency Tunafish Media. Sam has led Tunafish into one of the Northwest’s leading creative agencies working for a wide range of clients including The Royal Society of the Arts, CarFinance247, Neighbourhood, The National Football Museum and Manchester City Council. In this time, Tunafish have won an array of awards for their work including four awards at 2014 PR Moment Awards including the Grand Prix prize for Best Campaign, Best Start 2014 and Best Digital Agency 2015 at the City of Manchester Business Awards and Insider Business Magazine’s Team of the Year 2015.

Sam is also an ambassador of the charity Forever Manchester and the current Chairman of Future Pro Manchester- a support network for the city’s young professionals. In 2015, he co-founded a weekly soup kitchen called Not Just Soup, which sees local restaurants cook for the homeless. Over 40 restaurants have been involved and over 10,000 meals have been provided so far. The kitchen has just been extended to two days a week and there are plans in place to begin introducing further services and support in the near future.

Christos Tsaprounis

Christos has worked across different industries ranging from digital to social housing. He spent four years leading the strategic direct resourcing team at the Co-operative Bank before joining Auto Trader, one of the most admired digital employers, in 2014. Together with his awesome team he focuses on creating an all employee experience that fosters a diverse & inclusive culture of innovation and collaboration. Born in Athens and moved to the UK in 2002 to complete an MSc in HR at The University of Manchester, he is actively involved in making a difference in the community working with local charities and community groups

David Hughes

David Lynch

David Hughes teaches the SuperMind Peak Performance Programme from the David Lynch Foundation UK, which uses Transcendental Meditation - TM - overcome stress, promote health, boost creativity, and attain high levels of performance for companies, organisations, and individuals. David is a writer and conference speaker, and has been teaching TM courses for 42 years.
